All returns must be approved by an Outside Square Representative. Please send Outside Square an e-mail detailing your return and wait for the approval to return. Please include your order number / invoice number in all correspondence. Contact e-mail: enquiries@outsidesquare.com.au    

Outside Squares return policy lasts 10 days for online purchases. If the respective amount of days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund your item for change of mind.

Returns Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days. 
  • Items may only be returned once approved by an Outside Square online customer service representative
  • Returns must be received in original condition – unopened. We reserve the right to reject your return if it is damaged or opened in any way.
  • If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost.
  • Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns on any Sale Items
  • We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Outside Square.

    * For returns please make sure your parcel has tracking. If your item goes missing during transit, we will be unable to process a credit or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive the returned item and assess it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or mobile contact. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Please contact your credit card company / bank directly, it may take some time before your refund is processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Outside Square only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at enquiries@outsidesquare.com.au, wait for confirmation from an Outside Square representative, once approval is obtained please send your item to: Outside Square - 155 Magill Rd, Stepney, SA, 5069

  • We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged or there was a dispatch error by Outside Square.


Once your item has been approved to return please mail it back to: Outside Square - 155 Magill Rd, Stepney SA 5069

  • Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or you will be invoiced for any extra charges that may apply. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • It is highly recommended that you use a registered postage service with tracking so your item does not get lost. We take no responsibility for your return postage handling.
